In a world that feels more and more chaotic and disconnected I find myself leaning deeply into abstract places within my art making. I see this desire to harness my creativity as my small, simple contribution to this messy, whacky hum’n experience.
I’ve spent many years traveling the world exploring my boundaries, beliefs, and values. As an artist (and incredibly privileged hum’n) I live for the lessons of the unfamiliar! I am beyond blessed to be able to share my love of life with others through my art and other offerings.
My abstract paintings are the most uniquely intimate work I can offer of myself and it’s such an incredible gift to see them go off to live with other people.
I currently find myself focusing on the creation of colorful and vibrant gestures as I navigate what it means to be a citizen of such a complicated and oftentimes overwhelming society.
